The Minnesota Blizzard has suspended it’s softball operations indefinitely. We’d like to thank all the volunteers and players who have helped in the success of our program throughout the years.

MN Blizzard 16U takes 1st place at the Ringneck Tournament in Souix Falls, SD this weekend. The team went undefeated after winning the Championship game 6-2 against the SD Dirt Devils.
Tuesday, June 21, 2011:
MN Blizzard 18U takes 1st place at the ASA 'A' National Qualifier in Hastings, MN this weekend. They stayed in the winners bracket defeating the MN Sting Elite 2-0 for the championship. The team is off to Boulder, CO to compete in the Louisville Invitational next week.

CONGRATULATIONS! MN Blizzard 18U team finished 4th at the USSSA 'A' World Series National Tournament in Kansas City, KS this past week. The tournament featured 40 plus teams from around the midwest. With heat index's climbing above 110 degrees the players battled back through the losers bracket on the final day after being sent down by the eventual tournament champion NE Frozen Ropes Fury Gold.
Monday, July 12, 2010:
CONGRATULATIONS! MN Blizzard teams take 1st place at 16U & 18U 'A' ASA State Tournaments. The 16U defeated the MN Sting Gold 4-2 and the 18U defeated the Duluth Aerials 7-0.
Both teams travel to the Chicago IL. area to compete this week. The 16U team heads to the Orland Sparks Showcase - Elgin, IL and the 18U team heads to the Demarini Invitational Showcase - Glen Ellyn, IL.
Monday, July 5, 2010:
MN Blizzard teams return from a succesful trip to Colorado. The 16U Blizzard finished 2nd in the Triple Crown Sparkler going 10-3-1 for the week, while the 18U Blizzard finished 3rd in the Louisville Slugger Invitational-Louisville Bracket. The 18U team went 8-5 for the week. Congratulations to both teams!
Next week, both teams compete in the MSF MN. State Tournament. Go Blizzard!

The MN Blizzard 18U takes 1st place at the ASA 'A' National Qualifier in Sioux Falls, SD. The MN Blizzard 18U went 6-1 overall. They were knocked into the losers bracket by the Orland Park Sparks and then came back to win both games against the Sparks to win the Championship.
Both teams leave for Colorado this weekend to compete in the 16U Sparkler and 18U Boulder Invitational. Good Luck !

The MN Blizzard 16U finished 2nd in the MN ASA Qualifier this weekend. The tournament featured the top 16U teams in MN. Congratulations on a great start to the season.

Congratulations to the MN Blizzard 18U after winning the USSSA State Tournament this weekend in Rosemount, MN. The Blizzard outscored opponents 21-3 with a record of 4-0.

The 16U MN Blizzard finished 5th at the Orland Park Sparks College Showcase Tournament in Elgin, IL this past weekend-
Competeing against a field of 40 teams, the Blizzard was 6-1, going undefeated in pool play. The 16U Blizzard will travel to Sioux Falls, SD to compete in the ASA National July 26- August 2.

Blizzard teams take 1st & 2nd at ASA National Qualifier in Rochester, MN -
The 16U MN Blizzard finished 1st and earned a berth to the ASA 'A' National in Sioux Falls, SD going 7-0 this past weekend. 16 teams representing 4 states made up the tournament field.
The 18U MN Blizzard fought there way through the losers bracket on Sunday to enter the Championship game, falling to the Orland Park Sparks.
Congratulations to both teams on a great weekend!

Congratulations to the 16U MN Blizzard for a 3rd place finish at the Renegades Shootout Tournament in Orono, MN. They finished the weekend 5-1 and outscored opponents 27-7.
